All pre-show registrations are now closed, however you can still exhibit your vehicle by registering on the day. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 9am

You will be able to purchase additional Supporter Tickets when registering, via cash or Eftpos.

We will reply to your email with “Received” however due to timing restraints, Exhibitor specific letters of confirmation and supporting documentation may not be able to be sent out prior to your arrival

Stallholder/Food Vendor

ATTN: All pre-show registrations are now closed, however you can still register your Trade/Food Site by emailing wheelsatwairarapa@waiaps.org.nz Attn: Haley.

Your request will likely be accepted, however there may not be time to send out and receive back all the required paperwork, therefore what is outstanding will need to be completed when you arrive for set-up.

Your Arrival:

Please enter via Gate 2 (beside the railway lines), then make a sharp right turn and head to the Secretaries Office to be directed to your site.

All Site Holders need to be in the gate by 9:00am Saturday, and their stall ready by no later than 9:30am, you can also set up Friday if required.

Volunteers

Volunteers are key to making Community Events run smoothly and provide a warm local welcome for many people coming along from outside of our Region.

You don’t need to be into Cars, Trucks or Machines to get involved – we also need the assistance of awesome, helpful, energetic and friendly people over the 3 Event Days, as well as set up and pack down.

Each volunteer will receive a free T-shirt, cap and drink/snacks for their minimum of two days work.

Earthmoving demonstrations, bulldozing, diggers, loaders, dump trucks, graders, screening and more
Three full days of continual activities from 10am to 4pm
