You will be able to purchase additional Supporter Tickets when registering, via cash or Eftpos.
Late Exhibits:
We will reply to your email with “Received” however due to timing restraints, Exhibitor specific letters of confirmation and supporting documentation may not be able to be sent out prior to your arrival
Tickets:
You will receive 1x FREE 3-day pass for exhibiting your wheels
(1 exhibit = 1 free ticket) A discounted 3-day pass can be purchased at $15 per person for any support people you need to bring along.

Your Arrival:
All exhibits are expected to be in the gate by 9:00am on the day of showing.
You are welcome to arrive earlier in the week for set-up and camping
For Self-Contained Camping requirements, please visit the Secretaries Office after registering and setting-up.
Please enter via Gate 2 (beside the railway lines), and follow the drive down towards the Hockey Turf.
Afternoon function, happy hour, barbeque – $20.00 per person (Saturday & Sunday only). Purchase tickets on the day.
